गाड़ी (gaadi), car, and बस (bus), bus, are easy, practical words that children can practise constantly during everyday trips, since transport vocabulary comes up naturally almost every time a family leaves the house. Pointing out different vehicles during a drive or a walk, and naming each one in Hindi, turns ordinary travel time into steady, low pressure practice without requiring any dedicated lesson time at all.

Because these words are reinforced so frequently through daily routine, transport vocabulary is often among the most confidently remembered by young bilingual children, even before more abstract vocabulary feels fully secure. A useful extension is a simple transport themed picture book or toy set, naming each vehicle in Hindi as a child plays with it independently.

Vocabulary reinforced through a child's own unprompted, imaginative play tends to embed itself just as securely as vocabulary practised in a more structured, adult led setting. A simple spotting game during a longer car trip, calling out each vehicle type as it passes, turns an ordinary drive into steady, cheerful practice.
